Although Britain's inflation rate is subdued, the economy still has to cool down before the Bank of England changes its interest-rate policy according to forthcoming data. A survey of economists by Bloomberg found that official statistics, due on Tuesday, that wages had risen at the fastest pace on record in July would increase inflation in the services sector.
